This is a question that I am frequently asked. I will therefore release a message about this topic, which I recommend you to watch.   
The primary reason is that you can only have fellowship with someone that has the same life as you. In the animal world for example, birds have life of the same kind among each other – or dogs have life of the same kind among themselves. Plants have the same kind of life amongst them and men have the same kind of life among each other.  

Now if God wants to have fellowship with us, He must first give us His nature. It was His greatest wish for us to receive His life, be in His presence and through the same life that He has – the so called Zoe-life – have fellowship with Him. 

The most beautiful thing about that life is that it‘s so easy to receive. Jesus came as the life of God in a human form, so that everyone who believes in their heart and confesses with their mouth that Jesus Christ has died for their sins and rose again from the dead confessing Jesus to be the Lord of their lives, receives in this very second this divine life and may call themselves a Son of God. 

The whole universe has only been created for this life; namely that every creature may freely choose God-life and enter into communion with God. There is no other reason as to why the universe has been created. 

PRAYER OF SALVATION

“O Lord God, I believe with all my heart in Jesus Christ, Son of the living God. I believe He died for me and God raised Him from the dead. I believe He is alive today. I confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is the Lord of my life from this day. Through Him and in His Name, I have eternal life; I’m born again. Thank you Lord, for saving my soul! I’m now a child of God. Hallelujah!” Congratulations! You are now a child of God.
